William Beckwith - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been requesting a simple correction to my apartment number for over six weeks now. The number was entered incorrectly by this office, and despite multiple calls and follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. Every time I call, I am told to “call back later.” When I do, Agent William is never available, and the staff is unable or unwilling to assist with what should be a basic account correction. Meanwhile, my information in the app still reflects the wrong apartment number. It is extremely concerning that an office representing State Farm cannot complete such a minor administrative update. Changing a single digit should not take over a month and a half. This level of inefficiency reflects poorly on the professionalism and customer service standards one would expect from a company of
