This agency is what an agency should be. I can not speak highly enough of the people here. Brandi Lovelace and Jessica Rhoads are fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and have gone the extra mile for me multiple times. Customer service seems to be their priority and it shows. I am a new business owner and had no idea what I needed as far as coverage. They took very good care of me and explained all of my options while recommending the best policy for me. They never tried to sell me on anything that I didn't need, which I feel is very rare these days. The policy I received was perfect for my business. I highly recommend this agency to anyone in search of any insurance needs.

I have very mixed feelings based on an unsettling recent experience. I used to pay my bill by calling. Nice and easy. They offered me a big discount, but I had to sign several forms online etc. That was a catastrophe, and even the agency never really figured it out. It's the website, not the agency. It turns out that I had done everything I needed to do, but the agency kept telling me I hadn't - again, the website. They worked hard to fix it, and I'll get the discount.
