Fred & everyone at his agency have been awesome to work with! Recently, I had a family of raccoons living in my attic. Everyone was so helpful. They got my claim through quickly & made the whole experience easier. Also, I needed insurance to rent a car while have mine repaired. they were able to help right away. No playing phone tag! I loved that!

Poor managed & run office. Office seldom opened. Owner/manager has poor interpersonal/people skills; answered my call from his Tesla & could not view my file & was very rude. He mistakenly cancelled my insurance. I needed an answer/response from him like now, otherwise, I was driving without insurance!!!!!!@@@@@##!!!@@$. I had to pay more to go back to geico who could not accept my explanation of this cancellation but was back where I should have stayed in the first place. My rate did come back down after a year. Not sure of other nationwide affiliate but, definitely not this office. Been with geico for 20yrs. I'll stay. When I call, they answer. When I hava problem, they're on it. It's worth it in the end.

I have been using this insurance company for over ten years and I have not have many negative experiences. They have consistent with the products they sell and when an accident occurs they have always came through with coverage. My only complaint has been in communication. It can be hard to get an answer regarding changes in service. If they discontinue a service or charge a new separate fee for it they don't inform you. You have to call in to understand the policy update, beyond that nationwide has been a great insurance company to use.

Fred struggles to properly communicate. He will allow emails and voice mails to sit for days at a time, and responds only when badgered. Look elsewhere for an agent.

I've been with Fred & Associates for years and I must say they have done right by me. I've gone through SEVERAL last minute policy changes and they were able to inform me of all costs involved up front and provide me with options that best suit my needs. Thank you to Fred and his team for all you do. I am pleased. :)
