I was helped by Rolando Fernandez (he works with Nathan, another great team member) - he was very responsive, very helpful and provided excellent advice relative to my needs, and at a very competitive price. I had a prior 10+ year relationship with GEICO and was hesitant to switch, but after speaking with Rolando, reviewing my needs and current insurance products, and then comparing to State Farm, making the decision to switch was almost a no-brainer. I have zero hesitation in providing a 5 star review.

I have been a member of this state farm's insurance for years and the service has always been great but Today I got a chance to speak to the nicest human being on the phone by the name of Peter. He was so nice, changes the atmosphere of the call and was so animated it felt like I was speaking to a movie character (I say that in the best way) This call was a breathe of fresh air!
