Been with State Farm over 40 years and my experience with Gene arrant and his staff in Buford is excellent. Good people in every respect.
Very poor customer care for users and clients. It’s only one way conversation.
I was hit on May 3rd by one of there insureds. I called them to report the claim and haven’t heard ANYTHING back it’s been almost a month.
Like a Bad Neighbor-State Farm doesn’t care!
