Competitive rates and outstanding customer service!! Kim was able to assist my husband and I with our homeowners policy as well as auto. If we had any questions or need adjustments she always follows up with a phone call to ensure all our questions have been addressed. Additionally, Nathan is never too busy to answer a call or text. He always takes care of our concerns immediately. We are thankful for this awesome team and their dedication to customer satisfaction!

Service at this location is exceptional. Insurance prices however is overpriced! I love being a Allstate customer. I like the fact that I got a $40 discount. Unfortunately the prices are the cause of MAYHEM! Times are hard on everyone right now. Car payments and insurance should not be overwhelming for the consumer to pay. Between my car payment, vehicle insurance and home insurance there is not much left to live off of. Not all of us have jobs that provide a 6 figure income. Unfortunately, the world is not being realistic in how they charge people and I can honestly say they all contribute to homelessness and overall poverty for our society.

I have Allstate policies for my vehicles in Florida, but wanted an agent in the Atlanta area for a homeowners policy on a home I have in Dunwoody. The original Allstate agency I contacted at Amwiler & P'tree Industrial turned into a nightmare to the point were I considered removing ALL of my policies from Allstate. Out of frustration and curiosity to determine if the issues were with Allstate (the company) or the Allstate agents' office I was dealing with, I randomly called Nathan Gibbs' office and spoke with Chris, who patiently listened to my frustrations. My conclusion: It's not Allstate (the company), it was the arrogant and incompetent staff at the other agents' office. Chris is very patient with my gathering my information, professional when communicating and extremely knowledgeable about insurance policy and product that take care of my family’s needs!
