Jim and his team were able to find me coverage despite a complicated claims history. He was very easy to work with and I appreciate his time finding me the right policy. Can't recommend this place enough!

Needed an issue resolved and they never called me back after having to call THEM multiple time when I didn’t get a response. Always told me that they would call me back sometime after 24 hours and that was a week ago. Still waiting on that call Jim... Save yourself the trouble and get either a different agent or different insurance. They like to hype themselves up and then never follow thru.

I have been with them for about 5 years, since they were in Dunwoody and I will continue doing business with them, Robert and James are very professional and helpful, they respond immediately to any concerns you have, highly recommended.

HOrrible customer service!!! They avoid to contact you at all times, Jim emailed one of his reps (Ernest) asking him to contact me asap and still waiting. I’ve been trying to contact them all day but no one answers, and when you email them all you get is please contact our office when they never answer. Decided to call amfam directly and was not ignored like with these guys.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with this company! Such unprofessionalism and lack of communication. One month we owe on the 5th and the next its the 24th on top of the price being different EVERY MONTH and NO ONE could explain why!!! Tried multiple times to communicate with Jim to resolve the problem - that was a complete JOKE! "Oh, hate to hear that" was the only answer outside of "Call the office". Finally decided to switch to Nate Dever at AllState and American Family decided to send us to the Georgia Department of Revenue - Motor Vehicle Division claiming we had no car insurance (literally signed up with Nate and cancelled with American Family the SAME DAY), but American Family is so lost with how to treat customers they decided to file with the state of Georgia instead of calling us fir
