If I could give zero star I would because that’s what this place deserves. Maybe not the lady in there but the OWNER! Very disgusting and disrespectful! I went in to get forms notarized and because I questioned it he got upset and curse me out. On the form it’s say city and country he put Hartford for the city and also the country, I said you made a mistake and he said Hartford is the county. I said yes but this says country and not county, he was like you are the only one to come in here and question what I put on forms… My last name is hyphenated and I said do you need my ID he said no spell it, I spelled it and I said hyphen and this man put a comma! like what! Awful real estate agency! Stay far away and save yourself a big headache. My agent Uriel Gayle has zero communication skills and I had to do his job for him 90% of the time. From finding the house and the mortgage company myself, to hiring my own lawyer and inspection service that I could actually trust, he did very little for me other than write the contact, which he pulled from online anyways. His lack of communication held-up the closing of my house and cost me a small fortune in month to month fees with my apartment. He loses e-mail, takes forever to text back, texts me at 3am, and you can’t even make out what he says on the phone with his thick Jamaican accent. Always helpful and friendly employees. They not only do insurance ,you can also send money and phone credit to your love ones in Jamaica and you can aslo purchase barrels there as well.. love it😃
