Dave Lemkuil helped me sell my father's house in so many ways. First by being my representative in the community as I do not live in the area. He handled everything ... brought in all of the resources from the estate processor to the handyman and housecleaners. He helped me navigate issues with town hall and expedite their resolution. He knows everyone and he's such a gentleman that people respond positively and efficiently to his recommendations. As a seller Dave got me a better price than I expected and I imagine he's just as effective for his buyer clients. He's pleasant, trustworthy and knowledgeable and the first smart decision I made as I started the journey of selling our happy house.

Called up & got Carl on the line for my workers comp insurance, gave me a quote same day. I started the policy 2 weeks later. Couple errors on the business info was corrected promptly. I’m satisfied with their services & will be using them on my other businesses. Highly recommend.
