I just called and asked a few questions. Admittedly, I’m not very familiar with the topic, but instead of providing clarification, the person on the line told me to call back in 30 minutes and abruptly hung up. That kind of response was disappointing. It’s clear that better customer service and communication skills are needed.
I'm going to be with them for almost a year and they work really good with you I would recommend anyone if they need car insurance....👍
