Have had nightmares with Farmers, from incomplete communication with agents about vital topics related to insurance to having my insurance cancelled without my knowledge. Since I have had so many issues, I have been assigned different agents--Tina Virola was my third. Due to the inconsistencies with this company and having to question whether or not I was insured due to reasons related to their horrid communication, I canceled all policies over 6 months ago. Tina continuously ignored emails regarding refunds I was due. After a phone call (riddled with excuses and apologies for ignoring my emails), I was issued a partial refund (initially sent to wrong address--something else Farmers couldn't fix). There were significant discrepancies in the refund when compared to insurance and billing pap
