TJ at NEADJ was fantastic to work with. We had significant water damage from an overpressurized hot water heater, and the contractor we hired felt the insurance payout would be insufficient to cover the repairs. They recommended TJ at NEADJ, and while I was skeptical at first, we decided to go for it. TJ has been extremely knowledgable, very easy to communicate with, put in an enormous amount of work on our behalf (he produced ~100 pages of documentation of damages and estimates for repairs, had many visits and back and forths with the insurance company, etc.). TJ approximately doubled the payout from insurance, even after his 10% cut, which will allow us to really completely repair the damages, making some improvements on our own dime. Once we were connected with Roland, he worked hard to get us every penny we deserved and eased our minds during the whole process. He was professional, efficient and informative and we would have been lost without him!

North East Adjustment was fantastic to work with. My garage was destroyed by a tree during a storm. I tried to process the insurance claim on my own, but my insurer was only willing to pay 50% of the cost of replacing the garage. I hired North East Adjustment, and worked with TJ. TJ ultimately secured a policy max settlement for my garage. TJ provided excellent customer service; he guided my family through the claim process, provided sound advice and clear guidance, and was very responsive. I hope to never have another insurance claim, but if I do I will call North East Adjustment ASAP to assist.

Roland maintained a professional interpersonal style. He was responsive to all of my inquiries. He was patient when expecting return of pertinent information needed to perform his essential responsibilities. He did not show any intimidation by insurance company agents and their arduous processes. Rather, he was inquisitive, expressed rebuttals and followed up appropriately. I would wholeheartedly recommend his services to others.
