For the past 3 months I've been trying to delete my personal information from their website. I've called, got ticket numbers, been transferred, been hung up on, etc. This is an ongoing issue. Legally I should be able to request my information be deleted from a site I no longer use with no issue. This is not the case with Prudential. Even Starbucks with its backwards way of doing it allows you to delete your information.
