I have been using Rizo Insurance Agency for almost 2 years now. We use him for our business and personal house insurance. Him and his team have been so supportive and helpful in any and all questions I have. Whenever people ask who we have I always recommend them to the best of the best Rizo Insurance Agency.

Needed info for proof of insurance and instantly got it. Jessica Cal…. Great customer service. (Erie was down due to the AWS outage)…. Mark Mysowski(spelled it probably wrong) always there with great assistance on any coverage for family members.

Steve and the Rizo office does an amazing job covering all our items. They are easy to get ahold of and make sure to keep their clients happy. In my 15 years with Steve I have no complaints. Keep up the great work Steve.

I’m writing this review because Steve B Rizo at Rizo Insurance Agency didn’t just meet my expectations—he completely rewrote them. From day one, Steve treated my policy like it was his own family’s coverage, and that personal touch made all the difference. Steve answers every question I have, and I have a lot of them. He treats you like a VIP, not a number …STOP scrolling and call Steve, he’s the best.

Helpful reliable friendly and affordable what else is there….. oh claim help even not making a claim which is a decision you sometimes have to make for the best interest of future claims sort of thing.. did i mention what a great staff works at Rizo…. Not singling anyone out cause they are one big solid team!
