I called on 12/8/25 at 1:55pm as I was referred to Sarah by Breanne over at Mckormick Realty after our property purchase on 10/17/25. I didn’t call earlier as I was awaiting a new roof on the property be placed before trying to obtain homeowners insurance, I spoke with a young lady which I do not recall her name, but she stated Sarah was out of the office, but offered to assist. I gave her all the pertinent information that is generally asked when obtaining insurance. She stated that since it was over 30 days since the purchase, she would need to present it to other insurance companies which may or may not offer coverage. I still have not received a return call either way. To me that is disappointing and discouraging customer service.

The dedication Sarah has put in to looking at different carriers for our various insurance coverage needs is remarkable. She has delivered products that check all the boxes and has taken the time to explain the differences. Sarah has made a daunting task of switching policies and carriers seamless!

Everyone is so helpful and polite when I call or come to visit. I've been with you a long time. Sara is my go to person if I have questions on my policies.

I have been working with Jocelin and I just have to say, she looked out for my best interest regarding all my insurance policies. She knew all of my policies inside and out, backwards and forwards.
