Called in early morning 9am to get a quote lady took all my info. Told me agent would be in within 30 to 45 min and I would hear back. It's now 745 PM and not once recieved any call. Was trying to switch companies before I renewed my plates but needless to say I did not wait around for these people and they lost my business. as well as me letting everyone know the poor service I recieved today upon being recommended by a friend.

I was hit by another driver 3 weeks ago, and don't have any answers. The agent in charge of my case won't even call me back to let me know what is going on. This is ridiculous, if this happens when it's not your fault, then I can only imagine how they handle accidents when it's your fault. I took out Farm Bureau insurance cause I thought they would be reliable and responsible. I guess I was wrong. I am very disappointed in the way they have handled this claim! 😕

Been with them a long time and never had any issues. Everything taken care of professionally with the few incidents I've been unfortunate to have had. Always friendly people at the office too. Very good rates as well.
