Kevin took the time to personally explain my home insurance policy and unprompted pointed out gaps in coverage. His honesty was refreshing.
Priscilla Martinez was AMAZING when I spoke with her. She helped me with all of my needs and answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb. A lot of customer service has went downhill do to the amount of disrespect shown on the phone, however, Priscilla didn't showcase that once. Huge shoutout to her!
Just want to say Belle was extremely helpful when it came to answering all my questions and very professional. Definitely wont be regretting switching to statefarm thanks to her helping me out!!
