Churilla Insurance

Erie insurance operates out of churilla in highland Indiana. Got with Erie insurance in February 2024. Gave them authorization to do automatic payments. (Pay themselves) No problems. August 2025 I get 2 bills requesting payment for doubled amount of insurance and renters insurance. I call Erie talked to a guy named Noah. He says June insurance never was paid because Erie had a power outage. I told him that's not my problem because they had my banking information to get the money so I should not be behind on any bills. Noah says we'll we provided you coverage during June so we can just go ahead and just get caught up and the payments will go back to what they were. So he proceeds to dictate to me what he want me to pay to fix their mistake. I told Noah you all got me late with the payment.

1st time customer, 1st time in a accident by a no insured person. I have to say how nice and helpfull Noah from Churilla Ins has been. My policy thru Erie Insurance has been wonderfull, the claims people were so helpfull, nice, and understanding to my needs. Really happy with everyone from Noah as my broker to Erie the insurance provider... 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had a major situation regarding our insurance due to a mistake on our part. Spoke with Noah not only did he go above and beyond to rectify the problem he was willing to stay late on a holiday weekend to ensure we would not have a problem with permits.He is a true professional. I would never go any where else for our business insurance needs. Makes owning a business easier.

I spoke to Emily and then Janine to get an insurance plan going. Wow, so nice and trustworthy. I really do a lot of Q & A and everything's working to complete satisfaction. The real deal.

Dan and Noah were very helpful and did everything in a timely fashion. It's nice to speak with someone that actually does their job during these times.
