I've been going to Kozlowski since 1978 back when they were located on 150th & Magoun in East Chicago . Great people who are very friendly and accommodating . Wouldn't trust anyone else .

Was the worst experience I've had there after being with them for 6 years had 1 additional question about my husband pension paperwork about taxes acted like I was bothering the lady .the young man told her to come down she was speaking off the top balcony rudely then.just 1 question she said file single and call your pension people but was rude speaking to me I was in tears she said single thank god when I called pension people before I sent the papers back to them they said y would she say single u file married for 29 years. She didn't know how and your a tax lady really...thank god I didn't get the paper done by her. Never go there again I would not send a dog there

Bill Jr. And Bill Sr. are awesome! They always take care of an issues promptly. I just called this morning about my homeowners and Bill Jr. was already aware of the problem and had taken care of it. Can't speak highly enough of them!!

Kozlowski made a mistake on my taxes. I had to go back to their offices 3 additional times to get the problem solved. Then they dropped me as a client because of this.
