I had to write this review, because Melissa Torres was one of the most knowledgeable, professional and courteous individuals in a service provider role I have ever met...and I am in my mid-50's. Initially, I called to just get quotes on some insurance options, but the information she provided me with during our phone conversation evolved into an actual consultation. In the end, the customer service Melissa gave me exceeded my expectations, and helped me find the best solution to meet my insurance needs. Truthfully, I would recommend Melissa Torres without hesitation to anyone looking for an exceptional insurance agent. She is genuinely interested in helping people, rather than simply increasing her client base for profit.

I was looking for a new insurance policy and made an appointment online with Melissa's firm. Immediately, Melissa called me, answered all my questions, and even drafted a quote for the policy. She is so transparent and personable that she made the process easy and even enjoyable. She saved us hundreds compared to our previous policy, and she gave us more coverage! Called around to get quotes, Melissa answered, was very polite and was able to answer our questions and emailed us with a quote. As we went over multiple quotes from different insurance companies, farmers on paper seemed like the best for us, we had additional questions but were no longer able to get a response from Melissa, meanwhile all the other agents were constantly reaching out trying to earn our business. We eventually decided to join the farmers family since they were undercutting the others by a considerable amount but we had to set up everything via the 1-800- number, when we finally got a call back she didn't seem to happy that we set it up over the phone (sorry i couldn't help you but i am glad you are part of the Family group, if you have any additional questions i am here for

Melissa is fantastic. I recommend this particular office to anyone looking for insurence. I recently loved to IN and was looking to change/update my insurence and this is the best place/office. Some offices wouldn’t even speak with me bc I already had an existing policy. Some took days to get back with me. Some didn’t understand the full coverage I was trying to insure my vehicle with. Melissa was able to everything I asked for and goes the extra mile to do additional checking to give me the best I can have. Very friendly office and makes you feel like family which I haven’t found very much of in IN so far. Thanks Melissa.
