Spent 15 minutes being told they can't verify me, the owner, so I will just keep getting bills with zero information along with threats of cancelation. Where did the common sense go in this country?

I would like it to be easier to speak with a rep and to get my billing info also to have a complete book on what my policy covers it would be very helpful!!
