I have been with AMICA 26 years. One missed payment: they cancelled my auto insurance and are refusing to reinstate it because I don't have existing insurance because my policy lapsed a week ago. Customer service was a joke. Update: The local office called and offered to reinstate the policy for double what I was originally paying.
