I have been with State Farm since I received my license over 40 years ago! We have always had a great experience with John and his team. Most recently, Jenna has been helping us after my son was in an automobile accident. She is very attentive and responds immediately to my phone calls, emails, and texts. I have been with State Farm (John Bartlett agent) for about twenty years. I have always had great service from them. This year I wanted to write a review because I have had to add additional coverage and needed their help. In particular one of John's reps, Jenna, had to guide me through a couple of different policies that each had multiple options. She was EXTREMELY helpful in guiding me.
