Samuel Arazoza is excellent. He was extremely responsive throughout the process. His knowledge, expertise, and ability to communicate with someone who knows very little about insurance was great. Any and all questions that I had were answered. Samuel made the entire process efficient and easy for me which is great for those with busy schedules.
