Although I have already established confidence in State Farm, by being a loyal client since the 1980's, my relationship with the Rita Prince agency only dates back a little more than a decade. She obviously takes great effort to add team members who reflect the quality customer service that she demands. Anyone can see this when they interact with a team member named Parker A. His prompt attention and communication ability is what clients miss and value when interacting with their insurance agency. Great job Rita Prince! You recruited another great team member.

Rita has one of the most friendly and effective professional service offices I have ever worked with. This goes beyond Insurance offices. They truly care about me both as an individual and a client. They always make me feel welcome in the office or anytime on the phone. Rita is the only professional service I have ever had that has an annual check-up (which includes a visit to her office) AND a happy birthday phone call EVERY year!
