Excellus BlueCross BlueShield Resource Center (Perinton)

MAJOR PROPS Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield for taking care of us on the east side of Rochester and opening a new resource center in Fairport/Perinton. I received a notification in early October that my current Medicare plan was not being offered in 2026 and needed to choose a new plan. After numerous attempts of trying to get help over the phone and being on hold 5 times for 45 plus minutes I was frustrated. Tried to look online but again was overwhelmed. WELL… I then received a letter telling of a NEW Resource Center opening on Route 31 in Fairport/Perinton and was ecstatic. Being in East Rochester it was awesome that I didn’t have to drive to Greece to get help. Was greeted as soon as I walked in, filled out a little paperwork and waited less than 15 minutes before I was called into the

The Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield experience at the Perinton Office was excellent! People were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They answered all our questions promptly. It certainly is convenient to have that office in this part of the county, and we encourage you to keep it open permanently so all your new customers in this part of Monroe County do not need to drive all the way to Greece for assistance. Better for the environment too!

Helen at the Perinton Resource office is a tremendous resource and an asset for your company . I was able to walk in , spend time with her personally and she helped me with signing up for my med c plan ! This was so appreciated by me to be able to do this at your convenient Perinton office as I live in pittsford and Greece is a bit far to travel . Please make this Perinton office a permanent fixture . Thanks again for having Helen on your team as she is clearly an experienced , friendly and very helpful person for those of us navigating the Medicare system !

My wife and I renewed our health care plan at the Perinton office, it was very convenient. For us it was a quick in and out. Gabrielle was excellent. She knew the plans and what we might need for additional coverage.

Always am pleased to work directly with Helen P. It was very convenient to have this satellite office so close to where we live instead of having to drive downtown. Prefer to work w/someone in person whenever possible.
