Everyone at Alliance is knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I have been working with Bob Coyle for over 40 years and would highly recommend him. Diane Gent has also been great to work with. She promptly responds to any questions I have had and gives me input that may give me options I had not entertained previously.

After spending over 20 years with the same insurance company, they continued to raise my premiums year after year, even though I had no claims. I tried to find another company that would meet my needs without punishing me for ‘getting older’. I found out quickly that searching myself was overwhelming. A friend recommended Alliance Group Insurance and Mattea was able to quickly find Insurance agencies that met all my needs and were reasonably priced. I love the personal approach that Alliance provides, especially knowing that I’ll be talking to the same person when I call in the future. I also like that my new insurance policy is not padded like my last to help pay for their daily TV advertisements.

Recently, I needed to switch insurance agents in order to maintain my home and auto insurance plans with Erie. When I contacted Mattea from Alliance Group Insurance, she was very accommodating. The switch over went seamlessly! I have even received many follow up emails just to make sure I have no further questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this group!
