My business had insurance with Ray for 11+ years with no significant issues. HOWEVER, when it was time to switch to another company Ray did not do his job. I went to his office to sign the policy cancellation form. He never turned it in to the insurance company. Made multiple phone calls to Ray, no answer and no return call. Sent multiple emails to Ray, no response or acknowledgement. As long as there was no service needed on my account, he did ok. But the first I time actually needed him to handle an issue, he failed,

Had my insurance through here for over a decade and Ray has always been great to work with - he's friendly to work with and will do his best to get you the best deal, even shopping around to see if you can get better coverage for less money when you already have a policy with one of the companies they work with. I never thought I'd give an insurance company a 5-star rating, but I've never had a single bad experience dealing with them.

Ray is awesome! Very personal and got us the cheapest insurance around and the best deals we've ever had! This company works for you!!
