I have been with America Family Insurance for many, many years. Loretta Brown’s Agency is amazing! She’s so good at explaining all of my insurance needs. I’m always able to talk to her or Jade with any questions or concerns. I’m very thankful for her and her staff and the quality work they do.

Loretta is the BEST American Family Insurance Agent we have found to date! We have been with AMFAM since the 90's, and we literally walked into her office just to ask for some help with a claim as we were extremely confused. Even though she is / was NOT our agent (at the time, were in the process of switching to her), she went ABOVE and beyond to get our hail damage covered, send all the info to the insurance agency, and made the adjuster do his JOB instead of confusing us even further. Loretta is awesome. We had been wirh a broker for 10 years and they tripled in price this year. I came in with 30 days to get estimates and changed over and she had it done in a day! She included everything she could to save us money but keep us covered and went line by line to show us what would be changing from what we had before. We got everything moved over and paid with in 15 days and one less thing for me to worry about. Thank you Loretta for walking us threw this step by step and making us feel covered and less stressed.
