I have been working with Paige at Steve Shipman's office for a few years now. I have shopped around for other insurance a couple of times to try to reduce costs and every time I call Paige and we talk about cost and coverage we stay. She's always able to find us some sort of reduction by reviewing coverage and ensuring we have only what we want or what we need. The service that I get at Steve Shipmans is just incredible I really enjoy working with them and I'm glad that we have decided to stay.

What a great experience! Scott and his team’s caring, friendliness and knowledge of their services was above and beyond. Not only did I switch my auto policy but by bundling my house policy I can’t believe how much I’m saving…. And how much I had been over paying for the same coverage! He patiently went thru each area making sure we had accurate information on the house itself to get the most discounts and best coverage to protect my investment. I’ve been with American family for the past 5 years and can’t believe the lack of communication let alone customer service from my agent. Then to realize hire much I was over paying was very frustrating. I am relieved that I’m look forward to working with Scott and his team!
