Team Insurance

FYI, Jill Garcia no longer owns Team Insurance. Someone bought her out. We loved Jill! She was personable, but professional, and always had our best interests in mind. We just had water come into our basement during a 200 year rain event. So I called Team insurance on 7/17/2025. Lacey answered the phone and was so snarky and snippy! I just asked what kind of help can I receive from my insurance. Lacey let me know they would be no help because the water came in from the window not the drain. I get it…of course my neighbor is covered for the water damage through State Farm. But at the very least, Lacey could be kind. We have been with Team Insurance for 23 years. We will begin the process of switching insurance companies. Not just because of this event, but my husband contacted Team insuranc

I didn’t have the greatest experience. It was extremely easy to set up with them. They were extremely nice and easy to work with. About a year later I got in an accident and messaged my contact and that’s when the issues started. I was constantly always bounced around to different people never speaking to the same person twice. I ended up just calling progressive to make a claim. That’s not what you would expect from an insurance broker. Another year or so later I started to check prices for a new policy. State Farm came in almost 400 less and I was told when the accident rolls off that I had, the surcharge will roll off. My new agent emails, calls, send and receives text. I have always talked to the same person. I did have a few issues with the new company and they were resolved immediate

Terrible experience…. Whitney Russell is so unorganized and unprofessional it’s not even funny. Spent 30mins on the phone with her the first day to get a quote for multi-car policy and home owners insurance and she said she had all the info needed and saved, well she called me a few days later asking the same questions again so that already makes me thing she’s unprofessional especially for being “new”….. but, even then after all the info was given I have yet to hear anything since Jun 26th. Today is now July 9th! I get being busy and with the holiday but no update whatsoever via call, text or email. 10 out of 10 I do not recommended so save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I would HIGHLY recommend Jill Garcia with Tipton Hill Insurance. She is the most honest person I have ever known. She is the only insurance agent I have had my entire life. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, down to earth, and sweet. I honestly would not go anywhere else! She is honestly the absolute best!!! She goes above and beyond for her clients which makes me feel extremely valuable. She treats me as if I'm her family instead of just someone off the street.

Jill Garcia with Tipton Hill Insurance has been our agent for many years. I get calls or mailers weekly telling me I can save money if I switch to another insurance group, but my wife and I are Jill's customers for life. She has proven time and again to be loyal and trustworthy--qualities that are very hard to find today. Jill takes great care of us and I would recommend her and Tipton Hill Insurance to anyone that needs sound, honest advice to help with any kind of insurance need.
