Josh Bodner - State Farm Insurance Agent

We have been with State Farm, but recently switched agents to Josh Bodner. It turned out to be a great decision for us. Josh took the time to sit down with us and understand our needs and what we wanted for lifestyle. There was never any pressure-instead, he provided us with information and explained our options so we could make the decisions that were best us. Josh has been patient and has made sure we understood everything and answered all of our questions. We have found him to be reliable and quick to respond. While it has been a few years since Josh acquired the John Hardy Agency client pool it is continually refreshing and comfortable to receive the same great service from the Josh Bodner team. Most recently Lizzie Stansill came to the rescue in record time (less than 10 minutes) to assist us in providing an e-copy of our insurance card. Good work. I have anoly ben in the ofice once since Josh tok the helm. The person I spoke to was plaeasnt and helpful. Recently I called to replace mu cards and my request was handled promptly. I do find it usual that Josh hasn't at least give some of the long time customers some kind of a personal contact. Just sems that would be a god way to hold long time customers that might have ben loyal to the former agent and now have no reason not to do a litle shoping around. As far as I can se service out of this ofice is fine.

It took a couple weeks for me to be ready to start the policy but Randy stayed patient with me, giving me a follow up text every couple of days until I was ready. And once I was ready he got everything done in a matter of minutes. He was never rude or pushy and waited until I said go. Which you don't see much patience in any kind of sales these days.
