He almost always answers when I call, and when I send an email, he responds quickly, often within the hour. Having an insurance agent who is that accessible is incredibly reassuring. What truly sets Drew apart is how much he genuinely cares. He remembers what is going on in my personal life and always takes the time to ask about it. That level of attentiveness makes every interaction feel personal and meaningful. It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such genuine care, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
