While looking online for better insurance on a Sunday morning we received a phone call from Brayden and he started off by saying Hi...I see you're shopping for auto insurance give me 5 minutes I know I can make you completely happy. Well yes he did! Fantastic customer service! Never expected to save over half as what I was paying and with 3 cars one of them a classic we couldn't be any happier! Great company and a very caring agent. We will be customers forever!

My service agent's assistant Drake, was very detail oriented with explaining my policy with me, and yet, so simple in his descriptions (very easy to follow). Mr. Mortallaro was very polite and was very patient with me since I'm new with the whole car insurance process. He didn't mind the time changes either which for a college kid (me:) is really great!
