Christina Stewart my agent failed to respond to the underwriters inquiries over the course of a month and a half. As a result my policy was canceled leaving my home at risk. This company is completely unprofessional, the receptionist initially treated me like it was my fault, then Shane the manager tried to white wash the situation blaming it on the underwriter. Completely unprofessional. No accountsbility and I’m left with no insurance.
