I'm SO glad I switched to EJ O Neil insurance agency! I was with a big insurance agency out of Northampton for many many years, but the service response for basic interactions became very poor, while the price only skyrocketed. EJ O Neil got back to me right away and found competitive policies that saved me a significant amount. They got me set up with Traveler's insurance for both home and auto and not only is the price easier on the wallet, I really appreciate the ease of the Traveler web applications - it's really intuitive and easy to understand, see my bills, change payment methods, etc. Even though Chicopee is not as convenient for my location if I need to do something in person (that's super rare anyways) it's totally worth it. Good customer service is becoming so rare these days,
