I called right before closing in need of immediate help. Casey took my call and did a phenomenal job helping me. She didn't rush the conversation and gave the me the reassurance that she would take care of everything. To top it off, she spoke in such a way that you can tell she genuinely wants to help her customers. In today's anti-customer service world, she is definitely a true asset to their great team. Consistent service like this, for over 30 years, is why I have always valued having Brochu Insurance as my agent.

Jennifer is absolutely wonderful! She made it so easy to switch insurance. She even did up my daughters insurance for her first car. Everything was done same day. She was very professional and super nice! My father and brother have been with them for years and I don't know why I didn't make the switch sooner.

Very Poorly Run Agency. The staff was extremely rude to us, and couldn't answer our basic questions. We won't be returning. Avoid this place. There are many other agencies in the area that will be happy to service you with a proverbial smile. We have already found another place that was happy to get our business.

Always knowledge and helpful! It's nice to be able to call or go in locally whenever we have questions. Would definitely recommend them for home and auto.
