*EDITED REVIEW* I want to change my review from one star to five stars. She had originally missed out original appointment, and I had assumed it was just kinda like a meh thing. Unprofessional. Well, she emailed me a few days later to apologize for missing our meeting and the reason for doing so. Despite the bad review, she has already gone out of her way to help me, and we haven't even had the first meeting yet. Absolutely speaks volumes to me! I already appreciate the help, even if we can't save me some money!

Alyssa has been fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain coverages and recommended what she thought my family needed to stay safe and secure. Alyssa was never pushy and she truly had my best interest in mind. Every interaction has made me feel supported and valued as a customer. We have two large dogs, one being a German Shepard. She was able to save us money and get us coverage without higher liability premiums. Anyone can sell you insurance but Alyssa’s customer service is unmatched.

She is quick to respond and ALWAYS makes sure the insurance policies she offers not only provide the most coverage for the lease amount of money, but she also makes sure what she offers compares favorably with other offers my clients have obtained so they know and understand which is the best fit for their needs.
