I am new to State farm as a customer of some life insurance policies and my experience with his account manager, Janelle Jackson, couldn't have been better. She made it very easy for me to set up the policies, especially with the work schedule that I have, and she was very direct and immediate with her actions and helping me understand what kind of contract I'm getting into while also making it very affordable for me. She helped me greatly. Well I don't have direct experience with Mr. Saylor himself, I trust him if he works with her because I trust her.

Having dealt with a few insurance agencies Vincent Saylor- State Farm insurance agent is the best. More affordable, top-notch customer service, always looking out for my best interests. Never had a bad experience. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking a trustworthy insurance agency.
