American National Insurance / Cheri Barfield Agency

I am a current client of this insurance company and have no problems until now. My truck was inoperable for three months so I took it off my auto policy, that I have another vehicle on. Once I got it fixed, I emailed Ms. Barfields office to advise I would like it reinstated. That was on 12/29/23. I have called Cheri Barfield’s office as well as texting with NO RESPONSE! Very unprofessional and lack of customer service. We will be looking for another agent for our home, auto and life insurance, which we currently have!

We were needing some very complex specific insurance policies. We reached out to many local and out of state companies to try and help resolve the issue of getting the coverage that was required for us to do business. Some called back, some seemed like they were attempting to help, and others just said no. Cheri Barfield went way above and beyond on getting us the required coverage we needed. This is who you want on your side when dealing with insurance. We would not have been able to move forward with our company had it not been for her due diligence and grit.
