Don’t need much from them, thankfully, but any time I call, Star answers and is always so kind and helpful. Really appreciate her!
Never met the guy but have had insurance with him for over 20 years. When in the office I've always dealt with the front desk or maybe his assistant. He has never tried to greet me or say hello. He took over from a wonderful man that knew all his customers.
