My husband signed with floyds in November of last year a month before he died. For her part Cindy called Craig Cotton and told her to cancel the insurance which had been paid for 6 months and had 5 remaining. Daughter at Craig Cotton dropped the ball and did it again in April when we got a bill rather than a refund. I asked Cindy for help and she graciously advocated for me speaking their lingo. I did not get refund but it was not for lack of professionalism on Cindy's part. She is the whole package. Caring, knowledgeable and advocate for her customers. You will never find a finer example of customer service. If you are new to Lawton, get insured through her. You will never be sorry you did. Thank you for all you do and did for Ed and me.
