I’ve never met Fred cheek, but I have met Wanda. She’s the best thing about the office. Her service is personal. I’m glad to know her as agent and a friend. Her words of encouragement and familiarity kept me going when my dad past. Her holiday office parties made feel like I and my family were more than just policy number and clients. I can insurance with anyone, but I stay for that exemplary customer service.

I'm furious! Ive been trying to rebuild my credit the past few years, and I was told they offer auto loans so the agent at Fred Cheek's office offered to do a soft pull and see if I could get preapproved...which I was not. Even worse. I just reviewed my credit and without my knowledge, they completed a hard pull instead, dinging my credit. When you're in this position of rebuilding, even a few points count, but I feel lied to as I was told a soft pull would be done while they turned around and did a hard pull. Now I have to disputed this with the credit bureau, and I will also be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission as this was totally unauthorized!!
