Every time I call I get the most quality service! I usually work with Charity when I do call or drop by, but I know I will be taken care of by whoever is there whenever it’s needed. I wish I could give zero stars the absolute worst insurance company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Every lady in the entire place is absolutely clueless can never answer any questions seems to get annoyed with you when you ask them anything. I have to call progressive on my own to get answers they should be ashamed of themselves don’t ever get insurance here !!!!
