Couldn’t be happier with the service we got at USI. Evangeline was able to save me a huge amount of money on both my HOI and auto insurance, and she made the entire process as easy as can be. I would absolutely recommend their services!

We paid for a policy for my son(new driver) and he unfortunately was not put on the policy (he was exempt) which we found out when he got into a fender bender. We understand that people make mistakes but instead of apologizing we were told we should have gone directly through Progressive to get the policy. Basically blaming us for the error. We are not insurance people and relied on them for their expertise. So I recommend if you are in need of auto insurance just go directly through the company instead of using USI’s services.
