I have been with this agency for many years. I know I can be a challenge, at time, but I have never been turned away no matter what my issue. They are patient and understanding, very good listeners, and never fail to find me a solution. I suspect I could save a few bucks going elsewhere but I could never replicate the level of service I continue to receive. Many thanks to the team.

They are responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and take the potentially daunting mystique out of the insurance wrangle. Ever cognizant of helping their insured clientele save money; quick to respond to correspondence; and always ready to assist in a crisis are but a few of their stellar attributes. I believe insurance is mostly a scam, especially in the the lovely state of RI where I'm forced to pay my ever-increasing Allstate homeowners and automobile premiums every 6 months. Even though I'm going broke living here, I must say that Keith Cloutier has been a fine person and agent to deal with. He's a straight shooter and knows his stuff when it comes to insurance. Keith for President!
