Very grateful for Jocelyn's quick help with getting our proof of insurance for an unexpected car rental. She made the process easier. We really appreciate the Newman agency.

When my roof was damaged in a storm years ago I was told the roof was old and not covered. Years later my 5 year old new roof got damaged in another major storm storm and i was told that maybe the workmanship was bad and Allstate refused to cover it. I appealed and still got denied! A week ago I switched to Amica. Today I tried to drop my Allstate coverage and Joselin gave me the run around. She made me call amica for a cancellation request and they do not do that. Rhode Island is a state where you can verbally drop insurance. I am now going to another Allstate office in my town in an attempt to drop Allstate before they charge my account.
