I have been with Brad's office for years. I was basically grandfathered from my parents policy. His staff is always on point and always professional. I worked with Cindy on applying for home insurance and new car insurance. She was very responsive, professional and courteous. She helped me find the lowest rates/bundle and I am saving a great deal on my car insurance. They are a great agency!

Great customer service! Brad and the team always treat me like an actual human being, not just a policy number. They go the extra mile to make you feel taken care of- always working to find the best price and options for your needs. I made the mistake of trying out a “value” car insurance company for little while. I had a really bad experience. Happy to be back with McLane Insurance for good.

Just moved to the Warwick area and found my way into the Brad McLane Agency on Post Road. I received an unbelievable customer service experience from the staff members there. Stacey was able to rate and issue my home, auto and life insurance on the spot. Barbara helped me with my commercial business insurance and Tim was able to take care of my workers compensation insurance which had been extremely tricky due to moving my business from a neighboring State. I cannot speak highly enough about the knowledge and professionalism this office exudes and strongly recommend all of you out there to stop in or give them a call if you miss the personal touch once provided by the local hometown agencies!
