AAA Warwick

Check your voter registration. Went here to renew my license and it was fairly easy, but about a month later I happened to check my voter registration online and saw it was changed. I have a feeling someone behind the desk didn’t like my affiliation, but who knows. They use paper forms for whatever reason.

Booked a 9 am appointment for insurance. You check in at 9 and wait. 25 minutes later (seems like a reasonable polite time to wait) I left. If they don't value my time, why would they value my business.

I was in for a license renewal this morning. The representative was the friendliest and most social person I have ever dealt with getting any DMV services. Great Job Zinat, keep up that great attitude! 👍🏼

I locked my key in my car and I had great service he came right away and was super nice great job Joseph and thank you!!

Waiting for a tow from Wachusett, MA today. Now. 2 hrs 45 minutes later, no truck. And no truck on the way. Dispatch keeps calling saying "Sit tight". What does that even mean? If this is how AAA takes care of people, I don't need AAA. I ended up paying $900 for a tow. This is exactly when I need AAA - away from home, car not driveable, need to get a tow and get home. AAA helped with none of that. And I have a Gold Membership. AAA told me "Someone" would be reaching out to me. Never happened. Worst possible rating.
