Not happy at all with the inaccurate information I received from not only one but two customer service reps. I have used InsureMyTrip for over 10 years and have never had an issue. I purchase insurance every year for multiple trips. This particular trip included 10 family members. A month prior to our trip my daughter found out she had to attend a work conference and would miss the start of our trip. I reached out to customer service at InsureMyTrip to ask about changing the date for her as well as getting a partial refund for the insurance since she no longer needs to be insured for the full time. I provided all my information and they looked at the account. I was told no problem just submit a request with the documents showing the change. I received a response back that they will

I placed a call to get clarification before insuring an international trip. I thought Devin would just answer my question but she was GREAT and took my information and did all the work for me. I offered to take care of it once she answered my questions but she was more than happy to make the purchase for me and then forwarded me all the documents I needed. She was extremely polite and knowledgeable and put my concerns to rest. I have used InsureMyTrip before and each time I have been completely satisfied.

The representative (I didn't catch her name but I think it was Pat or Pam) was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable. We have used InsureMyTrip many times. So far, we have not had a need to make a claim.

Easy to use website with a wide choice of insurance providers for my trip to choose from. Once selected, the confirmation and pertinent documents (visa letters, declaration pages, policy) came quickly to my inbox. Have used Insuremytrip for many years. My go to place for travel insurance.

We have used InsureMyTrip for many vacations. Now I just have to call up, tell the wonderful representative about my new trip and provide a reference number for a previous trip. I get the same options and the representative just copies my information from the previous purchased policy to the new policy. Could not have been easier.
